Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

 

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on all US orders over $150.

Please note that all of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! 

You'll find estimated delivery dates for your products underneath the add to cart button of every product page.

Once your items have been created and are ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Since we have different production facilities depending on the ordered items, you might receive separate tracking numbers for each item. To keep it easy for you, with the exception of very bulky products we charge a flat rate for all orders under $150 and free shipping for all US orders over $150 while covering all additional costs incurred by shipping from various locations.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date to support@morbidmates.com, But no worries! For claims deemed an error on our part, unless tracking information states an order was delivered, we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE  POLICY

We have a 20-day return policy, which means for the unlikely case of misprinted/damaged/defective items you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the damaged goods to support@morbidmates.comthen we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, please keep in mind that every product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. So thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions in advance. For purchasing the right sizes please thoroughly check our detailed size guides on every product page to make sure you choose the correct size for your product before placing an order.

Should you nevertheless be unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at support@morbidmates.com for further assistance.

Any items eligible for a return must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging and tags. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds don't include any shipping costs from the original order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@morbidmates.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
